Cashier Training
This
application is used to train associates in each
Kohl's store in the operation and procedures for
handling all point of sale transactions. Topics
include Point of Sale equipment operation, Special
register functions, Price changes, corrections,
voids, Supervisor functions, and Customer Service.
Simulation is used throughout the course to minimize
training time on 'live' store registers.
